Immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the 1920s and imagine how people escaped through the back doors of a speakeasy bar during raids. You will end your tour today with a walk along the High Line, an elevated railway line that has been transformed into a public park. Your city tour begins at the famous Wall Street, the epicenter of American finance. Admire the imposing skyscrapers that dominate the skyline and have your camera ready to snap a photo with the world-famous Wall Street bull. Stop at Federal Hall, where George Washington was sworn in as the first president of the United States in 1789. You'll visit Trinity Church, which is an impressive example of Gothic architecture and houses valuable works of art. Then proceed to the Fireman Memorial, a memorial dedicated to the firefighters who lost their lives in the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001.
